  • 1.Are you a manufacturer or trader?

    We are a manufacturer with owned production facilities.

  • 2.Do you supply OEM service?

    Yes, we do customised design.

    All materials and garment samples are to be sent for your approval before bulk production.

  • 3.What is MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?

    Normally 500pcs-1000pcs per color per style to produce fabric specially for your order.

    We remain some flexibility depending on your order details.

  • 4.Do you provide free sample to check the quality?

    Before order, we can freely offer available sample for quality check under the account no. of your courier.

    After order, we pay shipping cost and offer free samples ( fitting / preproduction / shipping samples) for approval use.

  • 5.What's your price term?

    Usually use Fob Xiamen,China.

    If you prefer other term, pls let us know freely.

  • 6.What is your payment term?

    30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against BL copy.

    LC at sight.

  • 7.What is your leadtime?

    7-10 days for sample with available fabric.

    30-45 days for bulk prodution after sample approval.

  • 8.Customer order process

    Step 1: send design details & tech pack for price quote.

    Step 2: get price quote and confirm order.

    Step 3: get samples for checking until approval to start production.

    Step 4: goods delivery.

  • 9.How do I make sure get the goods in right quality ? How do you control bulk garment quality?

    Step 1: After order, all materials and garment samples are to be sent for your checking until approval to do bulk production.

    Step 2: When goods finish, shipment samples from bulk production are to be sent you for approval, before goods delivery.

    Before packing, line QC team inside factory check every piece one by one .

    After packed, independent inspector open boxes and inspect randomly following international standard AQL2.5/4.0. We can offer inspection report for checking, if you like.

    You can also assign your owned QC to do final inspection before shipment.

  • 10.What about if we find quality problem when get goods?

    Email us with defected photos. We will contact you soon to fix it.
